  “Less than 2 years, and less than 20k miles, the transmission in my truck has failed. I video-recorded myself checking the fluid before I brought it to them, the fluid level was actually high. They called me 2 weeks after I dropped it off to claim the fluid was 3 quarts low (LIE) and it would not be covered. And a "by the way the owner is out of state take it up with him."
  
  I will be taking them to court. They are liars, and scumbags.
