  “I feel like I won the lottery. After being told I needed a new transmission (by the dealer), TT really could have taken me for a ride. Ken spend hours upon hours diagnosing a bad computer - the transmission was old, but fine. The dealer would have charged me for a new tranny and alterntor, and the problems would have remained! Thank you Ken and Talcott for your diligent and thorough diagnosis.”
