  “I ordered a transmission through these people and Steve assisted me. He was very polite and kind in the beginning and was very nice to meet my needs of locating a transmission in his facility. I started questioning their service when he told me that he would check the transmission and then call me right back to let me know if it was good to go. Well I never recieved a call back and the next day i had to call him and inquire. Well he never looked at it. He told me he would call me right back and 45 minutes later i had to call him again. I was very sceptical of purchasing through him but being i was in an extreme time crunch i proceded to purchase from him on a thursday. He said it would be sent 2 day frate and i should expect it either Monday or Tuesday. Well Tuesday comes and i still have not gotten any word if the dealership has recieved my transmission. When i call Steve he tells me he was under the weather.... really you dont have anyone else experienced enough to ship a transmission out??? COME ON PEOPLE!!!!! If you want a transmission make sure you tell these people to have a doctors note saying they are in full health because i got royaly screwed. what would have been only 5 days till i got the transmission due to the weekend it is now going to get here Monday because of the holliday. that is over 10 days!!!!! Horrible is all i have to say. And if there is any problem with this transmission you better believe im getting my money back and contacting the BBB”
